Having employees who know how to manage their emotions can be the best investment for a company, as well as connecting with your clients through a good experience that brings them well-being. For this reason, we have 3 well-being packages, each of which includes a tea ceremony with ontological coaching techniques to connect with the true self or higher self. These ceremonies can be complemented by choosing 2 or 3 of them together (at a reduced price) for deeper work and a unique experience:

• Health Plan : YOGA session + tea ceremony (gratitude and ontological coaching) total 60 minutes

• Yaqumara plan: SOUND HEALING: a teacher of this therapy can be added with a ritual of approximately 30 minutes + word circle. (highly recommended) + tea ceremony. (total 45 min)

• Breathywell Plan : Embodied breathwork session 30 min + tea ceremony (total 45 min)
