Refund Policy

Changes (if applicable)
We will only replace or exchange items if they are defective or damaged within a period of no more than 48 hours after receiving the product. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to comercial@sante.com.pe within the mentioned period and the exchange or refund will be coordinated.
Partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is claimed after 48 hours after delivery.
Once your case is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have approved or rejected your refund/exchange.
If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, debit card, wire transfer, or bank transfer. (we do not do other types of refunds)
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipment
After receiving your purchase order, the product can arrive within the time range of 8 am to 7 pm within the following two days. If you purchase on a Monday, your order can arrive between Tuesday or Wednesday.
