This therapy is taught by Vanessa, a Bach Flower specialist with studies in Bioneuroemotion with Enric Corbera. Vanessa, resident in Cusco, the navel of the world, has a special connection with nature and energies, transmitting all her magic, knowledge and energy through these sessions (available online, with the flower preparation sent according to your location).

Therapy Objective:

This comprehensive therapy combines four techniques/approaches to work on and improve your emotional, mental and behavioral state, helping you reduce stress, resolve problems or concerns, balance your emotions and get to know yourself better.

Techniques Used:

1. Bioneuroemotion:
   • It helps release emotions and unconscious patterns that affect your health without you realizing it.
2. Bach Flowers:
   • They balance your emotions, providing relief from constant and unwanted states such as stress, anxiety and sadness.
3. Meditation:
   • Provides peace of mind and clarity.
4. Pranahealing:
   • Harmonize your vital energy.

Therapy Process:

• First Session:
  • Confrontation and recognition of the issues to be resolved.
  • Evaluation of emotions (stress, tension, anxiety).
  • Vanessa will ask questions to fully understand the situation.
  • Based on bioneuroemotion and Bach flowers, she will send a special flower preparation from Cusco.
  • Practical exercises will be left to solve at home.
• Second Session:
  • Evaluation and monitoring without the need for new medication with flowers.
  • I work with mindfulness exercises, Pranahealing, breathing and techniques taught by the guide.
  • Feedback and planning of next steps.

Duration and Recommendations:

• Depending on each patient's condition, a minimum of 4 sessions every 10 days are recommended. This will be determined by Vanessa after evaluating each patient's progress.

• The shipping of the flower preparation is not included since one therapy is delivered and another is not, depending on the specialist's recommendation. Shipping from Cusco to Lima is approximately 13 soles.
