This therapy is online. You only need a space to yourself, something spacious to follow the therapist's instructions and a bond sheet. This therapy is scheduled by WhatsApp after having paid for it. We have wide schedules and we adapt to yours.

It is recommended to do the constellation more than once, so from the third session onwards you get a 20% discount.

Family Constellations are a therapeutic approach that allows us to bring to light the origin of what is not flowing in our lives and to be able to look with new eyes, thus making it possible to be a little more available to live our own life in plenitude, authenticity and presence. We are inhabited by all this information that conditions our lives whether we know it or not. And when this information comes to light everything changes.

What can we constellate? Everything that does not flow in your life or in that of your children; relationships (with parents, children, friends, partner, money); physical and emotional symptoms, illnesses, patterns of repetition, work, grief, everything that has strength for you 💜

The sessions are individual, the duration is from 1 hour to an hour and a half. That day you have to be in a room alone, with space to move (5,6 steps) because we work with the body. Have 1 or 2 sheets of paper that are not written on and 1 or 2 pillows on hand in case we need them.

The session is through Google Meet, we will send you the link when payment is confirmed so you can schedule the session.
